Located in Kurseong Darjeeling, the Jungpana tea estate earlier used to be accessed through 600 man-made steps, now can be reached through a metallic bridge. However, the estate remains in the abode of two lush Himalayan rivers. Located at 4854 feet, we have traveled to Jungpana and procured this Muscatel fresh. Luscious fruity attributes define the experience of this Indian cup. Tart drupes and Mirabelle plums envelop the palate right at the start. Hints of musk and cherries circle around the middle. The base note is of nuts and blackcurrants. A distinguished experience of summer flush 2021!

A full-bodied, brisk cup which gleams with luscious fruity attributes. Crisp notes of tart-drupes and mirabelle plum envelop the palate right at the start and gradually grow into prominence, rendering a distinct character to the liquor. Subtle musky undercurrents joined with delectable tones of tulare cherries are discernible around the edges, rendering a vivifying character to the cup. Fleeting nutty nuances shore up towards the end; which however subside to finish on delightful notes of blackcurrants; making for a distinguished experience of Muscatels from this fabled tea estate.
