An unparallel experience fresh from the misty mountains, the Darjeeling Ruby is a true treasure of flavors and texture. Medium rolled, two leaf and a bud pluck are processed to create an unmatched experience of taste that originates singularly from the terroir of Darjeeling. The brisk cup of summer clonal picked from an average elevation of 5000 ft, is replete with fragrant floral notes of peony blossoms and honeysuckle. The palate is suffused with a distinct texture with accents of candied orange and cantaloupe adding luscious variety to the cup. With a captivating finish of grapes and pink meringue, each sip of this exquisite tea is imbibed with seasonal magic.

A light-bodied, brisk cup which opens with a delicate, sweet-floral texture; reminiscent of peony blossom and honeysuckle which hum along throughout the length and renders a distinct texture to the liquor. Delectable accents of candied orange joined with mellow tones of cantaloupe is discernible towards the middle, adding more variety to an otherwise floral experience. Subtle grapey notes come through towards the finish, which however subside to finish on magnificent notes of pink meringue, making for a captivating experience of Summer Clonals from the verdant hills of Darjeeling. The second steep recommended at 3 mins feels mellow and resonates with delicious, fresh-fruity flavors.
