KNOW YOUR TEA
Established in 1864 in the breathtaking valleys of Kurseong, Margaret's Hope is synonyms to Darjeeling. Earlier known as Bara Ringtong, it's a picturesque tea garden with two rivers flowing through it. This gorgeous tea garden is Rainforest and Utz certified which makes their offering sustainable. Located at 5000 feet with views of the Himalayas, this estate is famed to produce exceptional first flush cups. This offering from 2021 is light-bodied and velvety. Notes of Asiatic lilies and hyacinth arrive and hum throughout the length. Luscious notes of fruits akin to muskmelon with subtle hints of moonflowers linger in the aftertaste. An incredible experience for the palate and can be steeped twice. Add ice for a captivating experience. An outstanding cup of First Flush 2021, must-have for Darjeeling tea lovers.

taste
A light-bodied, velvety smooth cup tipped with radiant floral attributes. The palate is filled with an aromatic suppleness, similar to Asiatic lilies and hyacinth which gradually grows into prominence and reverberates throughout. Delicious fruity undertones, similar to muskmelon interlaced with a hint of greens come through distinctly around the edges and towards the end; rendering a layer of depth, mellowness and vivifying character to the cup. Ephemeral notes of moon flower come through in the aftertaste, making for a sublime experience. The second steep is just as flavorful; beams with vibrant, fruity attributes similar to raw mango and is best served iced for an incredible experience.
