The liquor is medium-bodied, feels ample in the mouth and starts out with light vegetal notes which envelop the palate and gradually subside to reveal a heart resonating with vibrant fruity attributes akin to cantaloupe; rendering a pleasant texture to the cup. Subtle undercurrents of fresh legumes can be perceived around the edges; which however ebb to finish on delicate, stone-fruity accents, similar to peaches.
