description

This exclusive cup from one of Darjeeling’s prime estates is a true first flush gem. Multi layered and complex, this moonlight white comes with a smooth and brisk body. It is aromatic to a degree you may find quite fascinating. Various tastes and textures play intriguingly on the palate and lend the cup a lively feel. Gentle floral notes of geraniums and asiatic lilies come alive and fuse delightfully with the sweet of muskmelons and fresh greens. The aftertaste is a delicate mix of fuchsia peonies and fresh walnuts. Steep it a second time for a sweeter cup.

aroma:
Marked by notes of geranium, asiatic lily, ripe melon with subtle nutty nuances
appearance:
Yellow topaz
taste:
The liquor is immensely smooth, brisk and beams with vibrant floral-fruity attributes. The aromatic persistence is dizzying with the senses peaking to appreciate the infusion of tastes and textures. Fragrant notes of geranium and asiatic lilies carpet the palate and hum along throughout the length of the cup. Delicious flavors of muskmelon interlaced with furtive sweet green nuances can be picked up towards the end, rendering more depth and vivacity to the liquor. Delicate hints of fuchsia peony interlaced with sensation of fresh walnuts can be picked up in the aftertaste, making for a distinguished finish. The second steep is sweeter and equally enjoyable.
