description
Once served exclusively for the English royals, Okayti Spring Black is one of the most prestigious offerings of Darjeeling. This organic cup has a sweet aroma and the pleasing notes of fresh greens hum along from the start. The liquor becomes bright and lively toward the middle with flavors of raw melons and peonies coming to the front. This also adds a certain layer to the balanced cup and it ends with a subtly tart fragrance of green almonds which stay on to make the cup memorable.
