The golden coloured liquor is smooth, clean and light bodied with characters of sweet cinnamon. Marked by notes of orange blossom and wood in the middle. A backdrop of wheat grass is short lived with a slight dry finish. With the second steep citrus notes reveal itself and resemble surinam cherry in the finish.
