description
This green tea is a rare spring flush specialty that is refreshingly fragrant with notes of fresh greens and legumes. It has a light body and is well coupled with a smooth and brisk quality. The liquor comes alive in the middle with soft tones of steamed corn which adds a layer of sweetness to it. Earthy, woody hints appear toward the end, giving way to a clean finish.

taste
The liquor is light-bodied, smooth and quite brisk. Notes of fresh legumes and cooked veggies coat the palate right at the start which gradually grow into prominence and forms the central theme of the cup. Gentle undercurrents of cooked corn can be perceived intermittently which adds an element of sweetness to the liquor. Hints of wet wood comes through towards the end, which however fade away to render a somewhat clean finish.
