Why is Sunflower Lecithin added?
Sunflower Lecithin is a natural, plant-based emulsifier that gives your chai a smooth, creamy texture. It is a cleaner alternative to synthetic emulsifiers used in regular premixes.
Is this safe for diabetics?
This product is designed to be diabetic-friendly because it contains no added sugar and uses low-GI natural sweeteners (FOS + Stevia Reb A 97%). However, individual needs vary — please consult your physician or dietitian if you have specific dietary restrictions, are on medication, or
require strict glycaemic control.
Is this truly made with real spices?

It is not sugar-free, but it contains No Added Sugar. Any sugar present comes naturally from the dairy whitener (lactose), not from added refined sugar. The sweetness in each cup comes from FOS (prebiotic fiber) and high-purity Stevia Reb A 97%, with no added sugar or artificial
sweeteners.
Is this suitable for lactose-intolerant customers?
Our premix contains dairy whitener, so it may not be suitable for those with lactose intolerance. Please check the ingredient list before consumption.
