How To Steep?

Steep It Hot

Step 1

Warm the bowl & whisk with hot water, then discard.

Step 2

Add 2 g (1 tsp) Matcha and sift into the bowl.

Step 3

Pour 10–15 ml hot water (80–85 °C) and whisk to make a smooth paste.

Step 4

Add 150 ml hot water and whisk in a “W” motion until frothy.

Step 5

Enjoy your smooth, vibrant cup of authentic Matcha.
