The only question is

What to do with the infuser once steeped? The lid turned over makes a nice holder for the infuser basket. Nice for sipping tea leaves all day

perfect in the hand, or both hands.

This is the second tea cup I have bought after dropping the lid and it shattered. Be nice if it was available as an additional item to purchase , don't get me wrong I think it is great and have recommended it to many of my friends. however a silicon washer would have prevented my lid getting smashed !!

TeaBox is a proper way to enjoy tea drinking

I was recommended by a friend about Teabox so I decided to give it a try by ordering their trial Indian tea package. It came with the Seidal cup which unfortunately, was damaged in transit. I informed them and they immediately replaced it without questioning ( except wanting a picture of the broken glass was requested, which I think is fair). All the teas I have tried so far have their distinctive flavour, which you certainly cannot get from teabags; information on the teas is well labelled, with the date when the tea was picked clearly labelled and a concise description of the tea, the flavours, and instructions on how to prepare them for drinking. The customer service is excellent, very helpful when needed, and their teas are fantastic. I am happy to replace my coffee drinking with tea from TeaBox, which is much more enjoyable, tasty, and has much less caffeine overall—highly recommended.

Missing a silicon washer

The product is good. However it would have been even better if you had added a silicon washer for the lid, It fits loose and gives a cheap feel

Good mug for brewing tea effortlessly without separately using tea pot or strainer. Keep the tea hot for longer time because of the glass lid.

Great mug!

This is one in the best double-walled mugs that I have purchased. At first I was afraid that it would be too thin and would break easily. Not the case. Well worth the price. The infuse is also perfect though I am very cautious about the glass top. It seems fragile but I will have to wait to see.

This is an awesome product for a tea lover. It looks elegant and the operation is simple. One can observe the tea being steeped and wait for the perfect colour to enjoy it. Very well designed. Since it’s made of glass, care needs to be taken while handling it.
