A 200-year-old tea estate that is known for advancement in automated machinery and sustainable farming practices, Havukal produces elusive Winter Frost teas. Muted tropical-fruity undertones akin to cantaloupe intertwined with a vibrant winter-green texture can be perceived towards the middle and around the edges; rendering a mellow feel to the liquor. Sweet-floral accents with subtle tones of nectarines shore up towards the finish and linger on in the aftertaste, making for a distinctive experience of winter-frost teas from the Blue Hills.
