The aroma opens with deep malty notes and rich cocoa, layered with a subtle touch of prunes and warm resinous undertones that lend remarkable depth and complexity to the cup.

Taste
Bold, full-bodied, and deeply comforting, this summer Assam opens with a rich wave of classic malty notes that define its character.

As the liquor unfolds, gentle sweetness emerges through hints of date palm and soft cocoa, while delicate prune notes weave through the mid-palate, adding depth and quiet complexity.

Smooth and velvety in texture, the cup concludes with a mellow honeyed finish that lingers gracefully, leaving behind a warm, satisfying aftertaste. A beautifully layered expression of Banaspaty's summer harvest.

Aromatic, treat for your smell

As always Teabox’s loose lea leaves are best in the market, flavourful and aromatic!

Best tea I have ever tasted!!

With a budget of £10-£13, I set myself the challenge to see what I can find. Over the years I have tasted a variety of loose teas and this tea has to be the best I’ve ever tasted so far and others also agree.

My new morning favorite

Just what I want my morning Assam to be - rich, woodsy, with a subtly fruity aroma.

Perfect Assam with malty sweet profile. Nicely matched with a piece of cheddar cheese.
