How To Make Chai?

BOILING METHOD - WATCH

STEEPING METHOD - NO MILKPAN NEEDED

Step 1

Heat 150 ml of water to 90–95°C (194–203°F).

Step 2

Measure 1 tsp (2 g) of chai into the teapot or infuser.

Step 3

Pour the hot water over the leaves and cover.

Step 4

Let it steep for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Strain into your cup - add a dash of milk and a sweetener if you like.

Serving

Perfect as it is. Add milk, any sweetener of your choice.

Storage Instructions

The best tea I ever had no doubt the quality is amazing and I order so frequently … I have one question though can u tell me how to prepare the tea to make the taste more enhanced … I just put directly in milk and boil it .. is der any other way ??

I love cardamom in chai. I gifted some of this to a friend who is absolutely obsessed with cardamom, haha! She loved it. It was very warming and soothing, with the natural sweet undertone that cardamom brings. It didn't pop as much as some of the spicier ones, so I wouldn't drink it as often, but that's only a matter of personal preference. I would definitely reach for this one if I was feeling under the weather, though, rather than my spicy favorites.
