How To Steep?

Step 1

Heat 150ml of water to 85–90°C (185-194°F).

Step 2

Measure 2 tsp (2 g) of tea into the teapot or infuser.

Step 3

Pour the hot water over the leaves and cover.

Step 4

Let it steep for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Strain and pour. These leaves give their best in one steep.

Serving

Enjoy it plain. Serve Hot or Cold.

Love this tea!

This tea is quickly becoming my go to tea, I usually don’t repeat tea flavours, which means I have 5-6 types of tea at hand always and I keep adding more. Ever since I’ve tried this tea, I’ve been having it more than once everyday. The subtle flavour of apples and champagne is amazing together and I cannot seem to find anything to dislike about it. Very refreshing feel the tea gives. It's like a feast having this tea after a tiresome day or in a cloudy chilled weather. Loved the product.

This is an awesome tea. Have loves loved it. Make sure not to overboil the water. The tea should be steeped with water at 80 degrees and leave it for 4 minutes.

My cup of hot whine

I was skeptical to try because of the pungest aroma of raw leaves. Once I had my first cup it was indeed very refreshing. For me, it is the hot cup of whine I can drink without dozing off
