Tasting Notes
From our Chief Tea Taster
Aroma
Bright and expressive, with notes of Asiatic lily, ripe muskmelon, and a gentle lift of fresh spring greens.
Appearance
Champagne
Taste
A rare expression of spring, this Moonlight White opens with a silken, airy cup that evolves with quiet depth and clarity.
The first sip reveals lifted florals, soft lily and white blossoms, gently unfolding into layers of ripe orchard fruit and mellow tropical notes. As the liquor settles on the palate, nuances of muskmelon and citrus-bright sweetness emerge, balanced by a delicate thread of fresh spring greens that keeps the profile vibrant and composed.
Midway, the texture becomes rounder and more fluid, carrying hints of honeyed fruit and a faint floral warmth. The finish is clean, lightly sweet, and lingering, with a subtle echo of fruit and soft greens that fades gracefully.
For a second steep, extend the infusion slightly to draw out deeper sweetness and texture, or serve over ice for a crisp, refreshing expression of the tea.
