Situated at elevations ranging from 1500 to 2000 meters, this historic estate derives its name from the Tibetan Lepcha language, meaning "Full of many natural streams." Locally referred to as "Mingoo," translating to "The valley hidden in fog," Pussimbing is renowned for its pristine environment and organic tea cultivation. Established at the dawn of the 20th century, the estate transitioned to organic farming practices in 1994 and is now proudly managed by the Lohia Group, a venerable presence in India's tea industry for over a century.

Spread across 200 hectares of biodiverse terrain, Pussimbing tea estate sits near Tiger Hill, offering breathtaking views of Mount Kanchenjunga. The estate's bio-organic plantations, exclusively planted with 100% Chinese tea bushes, reflect a commitment to sustainability and purity.
