Goomtee Special Spring Chinary Black Tea

description

The most defining trait of the teas from one of Darjeeling’s better known Goomtee tea estate is their bright and nonconforming flavors. This season, we have been treated to a chinary bush tea with a bright first flush character, defined by delicate notes of white flowers and raw fruits, seen rarely and only in teas made from older plantings of traditional chinary bushes.
