description

Made from old chinary bushes, this cup starts with subdued raw fruity notes opening up to cleaner ones of oak wood. This enjoyable warm experience is interrupted only with the pleasant sweetness like that of wet earth. Certain tartness at times lends the liquor some depth and refreshes the palate to pick up mild spiciness in the end.

aroma:
Marked by notes of oak wood, spicy with undertones of unripe tree fruit, wet earth and shelled nuts
appearance:
Amber
taste:
The liquor is mellow, feels ample in the mouth and quite brisk. A furtive raw fruity note gradually paves way to reveal clean notes of oak wood interlaced with a sweet fragrance of wet earth which hum along throughout the length of the cup. Intermittently, a subtle tartness is discernible around the edges; rendering more depth and vibrancy to the liquor. A mild spicy note can be picked up in the aftertaste.
