Billimalai tea estate, fondly called ÒGoat MountainÓ in local dialect is located in the Blue Mountains of South India, at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level. The estate has been producing high quality teas for over a century, using sustainable agricultural practices. The winter frost black tea is one of their specialties, which is manufactured in limited quantities.

Handpicked during the peak of winter, the tea leaves absorb the essence of the frost-kissed mornings, infusing them with a unique flavor and aroma. The freshly harvested leaves are gently withered, rolled under medium pressure, and oxidized, allowing their flavors to develop and mature.
