How To Make Chai?
BOILING METHOD
Step 1
Boil 1 cup of filtered water in pan
Step 2
Add a 1tsp of chai and allow it to simmer for 3 min
Step 3
Add half a cup of milk to the pan
Step 4
Add sugar or jaggery and simmer for another 1 min
Step 5
Strain the chai in your favourite cup and enjoy
