An exceptional Darjeeling Muscatel, robust and brisk with fragrant notes of grapes and peaches.
description
There are few teas every Second Flush that can be dubbed true muscatels for their intensity of flavor and aroma. This cup from Darjeeling’s most celebrated garden is one. Full-bodied and brisk, this cup refreshes you with marked notes of Muscat grapes from the beginning. Luscious hints of peaches mixed with outstanding notes of plums come around the middle to give the liquor a special mouthfeel. Then it gains depth as tints of caramel show up and subtle musky tones lead up to a remarkable finish of sweet blackcurrants.
