Badamtam Exotic Spring White Tea
A stellar Darjeeling to steep thrice; exceptionally fragrant, smooth with floral-fruity sweetness.
When it’s time for the Spring Flush, one name is looked upon with much anticipation. Every year Badamtam makes these incredibly smooth and superlative moonlights that connoisseurs and tea houses vie for. This year’s no exception. The tea is highly fragrant and light with floral-fruity sweetness. The smooth liquor starts fresh with notes like those of geraniums, lilies, and citrus blossoms. It turns lively with delicious traces of mango and the aftertaste is made exquisite with bright and balmy aroma of spring sap. You can steep the leaves twice more with a mellow second cup that’s rich in flavors of raw mango and sweeter white peaches. The third steep with ice makes for a bracing cup.
Sweet, marked by gourmet notes of marzipan, nougat, vanilla punctuated by fresh, floral intonations
Lightly rolled, medium sized, greenish leaves with ample, silvery buds with pubescence
Fresh-smelling, aromatic with pronouned notes of geranium, jasmine, freesia and light zesty accents
Bright green leaves with tender, olive-green buds
