How To Make Chai?

BOILING METHOD - WATCH

STEEPING METHOD - NO MILKPAN NEEDED

Step 1

Heat 150 ml of water to 90–95°C (194–203°F).

Step 2

Measure 1 tsp (2 g) of chai into the teapot or infuser.

Step 3

Pour the hot water over the leaves and cover.

Step 4

Let it steep for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Strain into your cup - add a dash of milk and a sweetener if you like.

Serving

Perfect as it is. Add milk, any sweetener of your choice.

Storage Instructions

Kashmiri Wah!!

This has been my favourite amongst all the offerings at the tea box. In fact, i first tried the giftpack with the assorted options and there were three or four of my favourites .the other was the Wayanad and Jaipur chocolate almond, but so far, I have stuck with the Kashmiri saffron Rose chai, and enjoy it so much . Can't go back to the regular ones available in the market now 😄

I have been buying this chai for a few months. This time around, the quality of the Chai is not up to the mark. There is not enough flavor of cardamom as well as saffron and rose

This was an aromatic, warm, delicious treat, but it is not authentic Kashmiri tea. True Kashmiri tea is either salty or an herbal khahwa.
