The Garden

Perched at 2,000 meters in South India's Blue Mountains, Billimalai, fondly called Goat Mountain, has crafted teas for over a century using sustainable farming.

Cool winter air slows the leaf, concentrating flavor in its limited batch Winter Frost Black Tea, an aromatic cup of tropical fruit, delicate florals and wintergreen.

Taste
Embodying the quiet splendor of winter, this exquisite batch from Billimalai tea estate offers a medium-bodied, silky-smooth liquor that fills the palate with a gentle yet lively character.

It opens with a soft embrace of floral notes reminiscent of amaryllis, gracefully unfolding into a symphony of sweet tropical fruitiness, akin to the lushness of ripe cantaloupe. As the flavors evolve, radiant citrus notes and crisp wintergreens emerge, adding depth and vibrancy to the cup.

The finish is clean yet lingering, leaving behind a honeyed sweetness that envelops the senses-an invitation to indulge in the essence of winter frost from the misty Blue Mountains.

An amazingly satisfying cup. Mild yet enticing floral aromas rise from the cup. The palate is silky with pronounced cantaloupe/ honey melon flavours and a hint of astringency. Loving it.
