Selim Hill Classic Summer Green Tea
This summer classic with a smoky fragrance is soft and has a distinct umami character to it.
Light-bodied and smooth, these silver tipped leaves truly live up to their name. The liquor feels soft on the palate with tender floral notes, kind of like Asiatic lilies and citrus blossoms. These flavors grow and run through the cup. Hints of lush fruitiness of peaches and cantaloupes come around giving depth to the liquor. It turns mellow and some raw fruity tones also appear which wane and make way for a fragrant finish of fuchsia peonies. Steep it a second time to enjoy it more with bright notes of green apple and calisson.
Forest greens, roasted legumes, toasty with subtle hints of wet forest floor
Small, mixed, blackish-green leaves with stems and odd olive green leaf cuttings
Vegetal, wet forest floor, young bark and toasted cereals
Broken, fully open, mix of yellow-green and dark green leaves
