Balijan Classic Summer Black Tea

Coming all the way from one of Assams top tea estates, this is one of the most palate friendly black teas of the season. What it lacks in texture it makes up for with flavors that are a bit sweet, slightly brisk, and really warm.

The liquor is medium bodied, ample in the mouth and slightly brisk. Woody characters are dominant in the cup although notes of malt and nuts make a fleeting appearance in the middle and in the aftertaste, respectively.

COMPLEMENTS

Pancake, waffles, scrambled eggs, buttered toast, fresh fruit, vegetable sandwich and sables.
